2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester Central Placement Score (Additional Article-1) Horizontal Transfer Application Results

The results of the 2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester Central Placement Score (Additional Article-1) Horizontal Transfer Application have been published in the attached list.

Students who have earned the right to Horizontal Transfer must register in person or through a NOTARY-APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVE at our Faculty during working hours on September 09-10, 2024.

The responsibility for the documents submitted to our faculty by students who applied for Horizontal Transfer belongs to them. In case of any irregularity and its detection, their registration will be canceled even if they have already registered.

Documents Required for Registration:

1. A letter from the current school stating that there is no obstacle to the horizontal transfer
2. A letter from the current school stating that no horizontal transfer has been made with the central placement score before
3. Student ID card from the current university
4. A photocopy of the high school diploma or e-government graduation certificate 
5. Photocopy of identity card
6. ÖSYM exam result document and ÖSYM placement result document from the year the university was won
7. Student certificate obtained from the current school or from the e-government system 
8. Transcript document obtained from the current school or from the e-government system 
9. Certified document indicating disciplinary status (It can also be written on the transcript document or student certificate.)
10. Document indicating that the student is in the top 10 in terms of success (For students applying from second education to first education)
11. 2 passport-sized photos

Note: If any of the above documents were uploaded to the system during the Horizontal Transfer application, there is no need to bring them.
